Hello all! I’m Kristin Hull, and I am the co-founder of True Bearing Property Investment Group, where my husband and I are building a real estate business grounded in faith, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others.
I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and a registered nurse, and much of my life has been centered around serving others. My time in the Navy taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of commitment, while my nursing career has been rooted in caring for people.
My faith in the Lord is central to who I am, and I believe business is an opportunity to honor Him through stewardship, service, and the way I treat others.
I am passionate about helping homeowners navigate difficult circumstances with honesty, respect, and solutions that create a positive path forward.
My husband and I share a vision of building more than a successful investment company—we want to create a lasting legacy that reflects our values and makes a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

Kingdom-based business centered around serving others, creating opportunities, and being a beacon of light for the Lord in their community.
Richard brings more than 20 years of service in the U.S. Navy to his work, along with a strong commitment to integrity, leadership, and serving others. He is the proud owner of a Pillar To Post Home Inspectors franchise, giving him a unique perspective on homes, real estate, and the people who buy and sell them.
Richard and Kristin are married with three wonderful children. Their vision for real estate goes beyond buying and selling properties—they want to build a business that blesses people, strengthens families, and creates a legacy their children can be proud of.
